The process is very simple. When you want to place a call, you: 

1.  First dial an American number that we provide. This number is called a DID (Direct Inward Dialed). 

2.  Hang up after 2 rings. Do not wait for call to be answered. 

3.  Within a few seconds, your phone rings. A voice prompt asks you to dial your destination number. 

4.  You dial your destination number as if you were dialing from the U.S. (1 + area code for calls within USA or 011 + country code for calls to other countries).
